Ingredients
- Rice250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Bell peppers2 pcs
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Paprika2 tsp
- Oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions

Dice the onion, carrot, and pepper.

Saute the vegetables in oil for 5-7 minutes in a deep pan or pot.

Add paprika, canned tomatoes, and rinsed rice.

Pour in hot water at about a 1:2 ratio to the rice and season with salt.

Cover and cook over low heat for 18-20 minutes.

Let rest covered for 5 minutes and serve as a side or main dish.
