Ingredients

  • Butter40 g
  • Lepinja2 pcs
  • Kajmak120 g
  • Roasting juices or gravy100 ml
  • Cream150 ml

Instructions

Cut the lepinja horizontally without slicing all the way through.

Spread kajmak or cream cheese inside.

Beat the egg and pour it into the bread.

Add a little meat juice or gravy if available.

Bake in a hot oven until the egg sets and the bread crisps.
