Ingredients

  • Potatoes800 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Egg1 pcs
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Oil5 tbsp
  • Applesauce200 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cream150 ml
  • Sour cream100 g

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and onion, then squeeze out excess liquid.

Add egg, flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

Heat oil in a skillet.

Spoon the mixture into thin pancakes.

Fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until crisp.
