Ingredients
- Potatoes600 g
- Smoked sausage250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Paprika1.5 tbsp
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Broth700 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Bay leaves2 pcs
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Garlic2 cloves
Instructions

Finely chop onion and fry until golden.

Add paprika, caraway, and garlic and stir quickly.

Cut potatoes into large cubes and add them to the pot.

Pour in broth or water, add bay leaf and salt.

Simmer until the potatoes are tender and the sauce thickens.

Add sausage near the end if desired and serve with bread.
