Ingredients

  • Gravlax or cured salmon250 g
  • New potatoes600 g
  • Cucumber1 pcs
  • Dill25 g
  • Yogurt150 g
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Cream150 ml
  • Sour cream100 g

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, and cut into large pieces.

Finely chop the cucumber, red onion, and dill.

Mix sour cream or yogurt with mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Gently combine the potatoes with the dressing, cucumber, onion, and dill.

Slice the gravlax thinly.
