Lentils with root vegetables, vinegar, and sausages

Ingredients

  • Lentils300 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Smoked sausages250 g
  • Vinegar1 tbsp
  • Broth700 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Rinse lentils, carrot and onion; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop carrot and onion and saute until soft.

Add smoked sausages, lentils, carrot and onion and pour in vinegar and broth.

Simmer gently until thick.

At the end, stir in vinegar and broth, then season with salt and pepper.
