Swedish chicken casserole with banana, cream, and bacon
Ingredients
- Chicken breast500 g
- Cream200 ml
- Bacon200 g
- Bananas2 pcs
- Peanuts80 g
- Chili sauce100 ml
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C.
Prepare chicken breast and bacon: cut, boil, or saute the components that need precooking.
Arrange chicken breast and bacon in the dish in layers or as an even mixture.
Add bananas, peanuts, cream and chili sauce as the topping, cheese, sauce, or aromatic part.
Bake until browned on top and fully cooked inside.
Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes and serve.
