Creamy rice pudding with milk, cinnamon, and fruit.

Ingredients

  • Short-grain rice200 g
  • Milk1000 ml
  • Sugar50 g
  • Vanilla1 tsp
  • Cinnamon1 tsp
  • Berries or applesauce200 g

Instructions

Bring milk to a gentle boil with vanilla and sugar.

Add rice and reduce heat to low.

Cook for 25–30 minutes, stirring often.

When creamy, remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes.
