- Buttermilk or kefir300 ml

- Sugar2 tbsp
- Baking powder2 tsp
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 tsp
Instructions
Prepare flour, buttermilk or kefir, eggs, sugar and baking powder for Buttermilk Pancakes.
Mix the wet and dry components separately, then combine until smooth.
For creamy desserts, heat gently; for dough-based desserts, cook until set or browned.
Add sugar, baking powder, buttermilk or kefir and butter at the right moment: into the mixture, filling, or for serving.
