Dutch Chicken Satay

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast500 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Cucumber2 pcs
  • Peanut butter120 g
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes.

Mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and a little oil and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.

Thread the chicken onto skewers.

Grill or pan-fry for 8-10 minutes, turning.

For the sauce, warm peanut butter with soy sauce and a little water until creamy.

Serve the chicken satay with peanut sauce and sliced cucumber.
