Ingredients

  • Beef mince500 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Breadcrumbs80 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce300 ml
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Chop garlic, tomato sauce and parsley and prepare beef mince and eggs.

Mix with breadcrumbs and cumin, salt, and pepper.

Knead the mixture and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Shape patties, balls, or small sausages of even size.
