Avocado Toast with Poached Egg
Toasted bread topped with mashed avocado and a softly poached egg.
Ingredients
- Whole grain bread2 скиби
- Ripe avocado1 pcs
- Egg1 pcs
- Lime juice0.5 pcs
- Black sesame seeds1 tsp
- Chili flakes0.5 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Vinegar1 tbsp
Instructions
Mash the avocado with a fork and season it with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Toast the bread until golden.
For the poached egg, bring water to a gentle boil, add a spoonful of vinegar, create a whirlpool, and slide in the egg; cook for 3 minutes.
Spread the avocado mash over the toast.
Place the poached egg on top.
Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and chili flakes.
