- Phyllo dough300 g
- Beef mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Eggs2 pcs
- Plain yogurt250 g
- Oil2 tbsp
- Paprika2 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Ground cumin1 tsp
- Butter30 g
Instructions

Cook the mince with onion until done.

Add salt, pepper, paprika or cumin and cool the filling.

Brush yufka or phyllo sheets with oil, butter, or yogurt mixture.
