Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough300 g
  • Beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Plain yogurt250 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Ground cumin1 tsp
  • Butter30 g

Instructions

Cook the mince with onion until done.

Add salt, pepper, paprika or cumin and cool the filling.

Brush yufka or phyllo sheets with oil, butter, or yogurt mixture.

Spread the meat filling in a thin layer.

Roll into logs or layer as a pie.
