Greek Lemon Potatoes

Roasted potatoes with lemon, garlic, olive oil, and oregano.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes700 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Oregano1 tsp
  • Broth or water800 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dried oregano1 tsp

Instructions

Cut the potatoes into large wedges and place in a baking dish.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and a little broth or water.

Pour over the potatoes and toss well.

Bake at 200°C, turning occasionally.

Cook until the potatoes are tender inside and browned outside.

Serve with extra lemon and herbs.
