- Lemon1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Oregano1 tsp
- Broth or water800 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Dried oregano1 tsp
Instructions

Cut the potatoes into large wedges and place in a baking dish.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and a little broth or water.

Pour over the potatoes and toss well.

Bake at 200°C, turning occasionally.

Cook until the potatoes are tender inside and browned outside.
