Gzik with Potatoes
A Polish farmer's cheese spread with sour cream, radish, and herbs served with potatoes.
Ingredients
- Potatoes600 g
- Farmer's cheese300 g
- Sour cream120 g
- Radishes6 pcs
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Spring onion20 g
- Dill15 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
Boil or bake the potatoes until tender.
Mash farmer's cheese with sour cream until creamy but not runny.
Finely chop radish, cucumber, and spring onion.
Stir the vegetables into the cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Add dill and let the spread rest for 10 minutes.
Serve the gzik alongside hot potatoes.
