  • Potatoes600 g
  • Farmer's cheese300 g
  • Sour cream120 g
  • Radishes6 pcs
  • Cucumber1 pcs
  • Spring onion20 g
  • Dill15 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Boil or bake the potatoes until tender.

Mash farmer's cheese with sour cream until creamy but not runny.
