  • Potatoes600 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Reindeer meat500 g
  • Lingonberry jam100 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml
  • Water500 ml
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Slice reindeer or beef very thinly; it is easier when the meat is slightly frozen.

Heat butter or fat in a pan and quickly brown the meat in batches.

Return all meat to the pan, add a little water or broth, salt, and pepper.

Simmer covered until tender.

Prepare mashed potatoes separately.

Serve the meat with mash, lingonberry sauce, and pickles.
