  • Pickles150 g
  • Bacon120 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Mustard2 tbsp
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Španělské Ptáčky, cut pickles, onion, beef cutlets, bacon and eggs into serving pieces.

Brown beef cutlets, bacon and eggs lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add mustard.
