Ingredients

  • Potatoes600 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Marjoram1 tsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Grate the potatoes finely and gently squeeze out excess liquid.

Add egg, flour, minced garlic, marjoram, salt, and pepper.

Mix the potato batter well.

Heat oil in a frying pan.
