Ingredients

  • Thin beef cutlets600 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Rice300 g
  • Eggs4 pcs
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs50 g

Instructions

Slice the potatoes and fry or roast them until browned.

Cook the rice separately until fluffy.

Pound the beef very thin, season it, and coat with breadcrumbs or flour.

Fry the meat until cooked and crisp.

Finely chop tomatoes, onion, and herbs for a fresh salsa.
