- Rice250 g
- Butter40 g
- Broth or water800 ml
- Vermicelli80 g
- Salt1 to taste

Rinse the rice several times and soak it in warm salted water for 15-20 minutes.

Melt butter in a pot and toast the vermicelli until golden.

Add the well-drained rice and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in hot broth or water, season with salt, and cover.

Cook over low heat until the liquid is absorbed.
