- Grape leaves35 pcs

- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Dry wine150 ml

Rinse the vine leaves and soak out excess salt if needed.

Mix rice with onion, herbs, tomato paste, spices, and olive oil; for a meat version, add mince.

Place a little filling on the matte side of each leaf.

Pack the sarma in a pot, add water, lemon, and a little oil.
