Ingredients

  • Spaghetti400 g
  • Spinach200 g
  • Basil50 g
  • Queso fresco or feta150 g
  • Milk150 ml
  • Nuts40 g
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Cook spaghetti in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.

Prepare the sauce: chop spinach and warm in a pan.

Add spinach and cook to the right tenderness.

Stir in milk, basil, queso fresco or feta and nuts and heat into a smooth sauce.

Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
