  • Potatoes600 g
  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Plain yogurt200 g
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Flour2 tbsp
  • Broth500 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Cook the mince with onion, carrot, paprika, and tomatoes.

Mix the mince with potatoes, season, and place in a baking dish.

Add a little water or broth and bake until the potatoes are tender.

Whisk eggs with yogurt and flour for the topping.
