Bulgarian pork stew with onion, peppers, and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Pork500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Dry white wine150 ml
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml

Instructions

For Pork Kavarma, cut onion, bell peppers, canned tomatoes, parsley and pork into serving pieces.

Brown pork lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in dry white wine and add paprika.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
