- Dried peas300 g
- Pork500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Mustard1 tbsp
- Broth or water800 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Soak the peas overnight, then rinse.

Cover the pork, peas, onion, and carrot with broth or water.

Simmer gently for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally.

When the peas break down, remove the pork, cut it up, and return it to the soup.
