Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt300 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Fresh mint10 g

Instructions

Roast or fry the eggplants until soft.

Cool, peel, and finely chop the flesh.
