Bavarian Potato Salad

Warm German potato salad with vinegar and mustard dressing.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes800 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Broth180 ml
  • Vinegar3 tbsp
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Oil3 tbsp
  • Chives20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then cool just enough to handle.

Slice them thinly while still warm.

Mix hot broth with vinegar, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper.

Finely chop onion and add it to the potatoes.

Pour over the dressing and mix gently.

Let stand for 20 minutes and serve with chives.
