Ingredients

  • Potatoes600 g

  • Beef broth200 ml
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Vinegar3 tbsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins until tender and peel them while still warm.
