  • Bacon180 g
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Broth or water800 ml
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Bay leaves2 pcs

Instructions

Brown the sausages in a pan and cut bacon into pieces.

Slice potatoes, onion, and carrot into large pieces.

Layer potatoes, onion, bacon, and sausages in a pot.

Add broth, bay leaf, pepper, and a little salt.

Simmer covered over low heat or bake until the potatoes are tender.
