- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Vinegar2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Broth500 ml
- Water500 ml
Instructions

Rinse the lentils and chop the onion, carrot, and garlic.

Saute the onion and carrot in olive oil for 5 minutes in a pot.

Add garlic, lentils, tomatoes, and water or broth.

Cook for 25-30 minutes until the lentils are tender.

Season with salt and pepper and add vinegar at the end.
