Ingredients
- Bell peppers2 pcs
- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Rice250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Broth or water800 ml
- Sour cream150 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Bay leaves2 pcs

Core and rinse the peppers.

Rinse the rice and mix it raw or partly cooked with mince, onion, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Fill the peppers, leaving some space for the rice to expand.

Make tomato sauce in a pot from passata, water, bay leaf, and salt.

Simmer the peppers in the sauce for 50-60 minutes until tender.

Serve with sour cream and herbs.
