Fasole Batuta

Smooth white bean puree with garlic and fried onion

Ingredients

  • White beans300 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Soak the white beans overnight, then boil until completely tender.

Drain, reserving some cooking liquid to adjust the texture.

Add garlic, salt, and some oil, then blend the beans into a smooth puree.

Slice the onion into half-rings and fry in oil until golden.

Add paprika to the onion and stir quickly.

Spread the bean puree on a plate and top with the paprika onions.
