Ingredients

  • Potatoes900 g
  • Tuna or chicken300 g
  • Avocado1 pcs
  • Limes2 pcs
  • Mayonnaise100 g
  • Aji pepper paste1 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Egg1 pcs

Instructions

Boil the potatoes, peel them, and mash until smooth.

Add lime juice, aji amarillo paste or mild chili, oil, and salt, and mix into a flexible dough-like mash.

Mix chicken or tuna with mayonnaise, finely chopped onion, and herbs.
