- Lentils250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Paprika2 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Broth or water400 ml
Instructions

Rinse lentils, onion, carrot and garlic; soak dry legumes and cook until tender.

Chop onion, carrot and garlic and saute until soft.

Add lentils, onion, carrot, garlic and canned tomatoes and pour in broth or water.

Simmer gently until thick.
