Ingredients

  • Chicken700 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Dry wine150 ml
  • Broth500 ml

Instructions

Rub chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, and olive oil.

Cut potatoes and vegetables into large pieces.

Place potatoes and vegetables in a dish and put chicken on top.
