Large Balkan mixed-meat patty for grilling

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Very finely chop the onion and garlic.

Mix the mince with onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Knead the meat for 5 minutes and chill for 30 minutes.

Shape large flat patties about 1 cm thick.

Brush with oil and grill or pan-fry for 4-5 minutes per side.

Serve in bread or with ajvar, onion, and potatoes.
