  • Cornmeal250 g
  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Feta or white cheese180 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Plain yogurt200 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Baking powder1 tsp
  • Milk200 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C and oil a baking dish.

Mix cornmeal, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.

Whisk eggs with yogurt, milk or sparkling water, and oil.

Combine the mixtures and add cheese or herbs if desired.

Pour the batter into the dish.
