Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Breadcrumbs70 g
  • Parsley20 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Pickles40 g

Instructions

Finely grate or boil and mash the potato, and mince the onion and garlic.

Mix the mince with potato, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Add breadcrumbs so the mixture holds its shape.

Shape small oval patties.

Fry in oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

Serve hot with salad, mashed potatoes, or pickled vegetables.
