- Pork and beef mince500 g
- Potatoes600 g
- Eggs2 pcs
- Garlic3 cloves
- Breadcrumbs70 g
- Parsley20 g
- Oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Pickles40 g
Instructions

Finely grate or boil and mash the potato, and mince the onion and garlic.

Mix the mince with potato, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
