Ingredients
- Rice250 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Carrot1 pcs
- Bell peppers2 pcs
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Oil2 tbsp
Instructions

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.

Dice the onion, carrot, and bell pepper.

Saute the vegetables in oil for 5-6 minutes in a pot.

Add the rice and stir so it is coated with oil.

Add the canned tomatoes and hot water at about a 1:2 ratio to the rice.
