Ingredients

  • White fish500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Fish broth800 ml
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Finely chop onion and cook slowly until soft.

Add sweet and hot paprika and stir quickly.

Pour in water or fish broth, then add tomatoes and salt.

Simmer the base for 15-20 minutes.

Add fish pieces and cook gently without vigorous stirring.
