- Feta or white cheese180 g
- Red onion1 pcs
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Parsley15 g
- Vinegar1 tbsp
Instructions

Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers into large cubes.

Slice the onion into thin half-rings.

Mix the vegetables with olives, salt, and a little oil.

Grate or crumble bryndza or sirene generously over the top.
