- quark300 g
- egg2 pcs
- plain yogurt200 g
- butter40 g
- phyllo dough400 g
- milk200 ml
Instructions

Crumble the cheese and mix with eggs, yogurt, and a little sparkling water or milk.

Grease a baking dish with butter.
