Grünkohl with Sausage
Rinse the kale, remove the tough stems and chop. 2. Sauté the onion in lard or oil. 3. Add the kale and broth, and simmer for 60 minutes. 4. Boil the potatoes separately or add them diced to the kale. 5. Place the sausage on top and heat through for 20 minutes. 6. Serve with mustard and boiled potatoes.
