Ingredients
- plain yogurt450 g
- kama flour mix150 g
- honey3 tbsp
- berries150 g
- fresh mint3 leaf
Instructions
Measure out 450 g plain yogurt, 150 g kama mix and 3 tbsp honey. For the right consistency, stick to a ratio of about 1 part kama to 3 parts yogurt.
Transfer the yogurt to a bowl, add the kama mix and honey.
Stir with a spoon just until combined, without beating the mixture.
Let the kama sit for 10 minutes so the flour absorbs some of the moisture and the dessert thickens.
Divide the dessert among 3 serving glasses or bowls.
Before serving, top each portion with 150 g berries and 3 mint leaves.
