- beef mince500 g
- onion1 pcs
- milk300 ml
- butter40 g
- wheat flour400 g
- salt1 to taste
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.

Drain, add milk and butter, and mash until smooth.

Finely chop the onion and fry until soft.
