  • potato800 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • egg1 pcs
  • flour2 tbsp
  • oil5 tbsp
  • applesauce200 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • cream150 ml
  • sour cream100 g

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and onion, then squeeze out excess liquid.

Add egg, flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
