- potato800 g
- onion1 pcs
- broth180 ml
- vinegar3 tbsp
- mustard1 tbsp
- oil3 tbsp
- green onion20 g
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then cool just enough to handle.

Slice them thinly while still warm.

Mix hot broth with vinegar, mustard, oil, salt, and pepper.
