Gravlax Potato Salad
A fresh swedish home-style dish with gravlax or cured salmon, new potatoes, cucumber, easy to add to a weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Gravlax or cured salmon250 g
- New potatoes600 g
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Dill25 g
- Yogurt150 g
- Mustard1 tbsp
- Lemon1 pcs
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables, herbs, cheese, meat, or fish and cut them into convenient pieces.
If the recipe uses potatoes, eggs, grains, or protein, cook them in advance and cool until just warm.
Mix a dressing from oil, lemon juice, vinegar, yogurt, mustard, or spices.
Arrange the ingredients in a bowl or on a plate and add the dressing just before serving.
Toss gently, adjust the salt and acidity, and serve fresh.
