Ingredients

  • kassler or smoked pork700 g
  • sauerkraut700 g
  • onion1 pcs
  • apple1 pcs
  • broth300 ml
  • cumin0.5 tsp

Instructions

Fry the onion until soft.

Add sauerkraut, apple, caraway, and broth.

Place the Kassler on top of the cabbage.

Cover and simmer for 35–40 minutes.

Slice the meat.
