Ingredients

  • chicken1200 g
  • chili pepper3 pcs
  • garlic2 cloves
  • lemon1 pcs
  • olive oil2 tbsp
  • paprika1 tsp
  • salt1 to taste

Instructions

Score or spatchcock the chicken so it cooks evenly.

Mix the marinade from chili, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub the chicken with the marinade and leave for at least 1 hour.

Roast or grill over high heat, brushing with marinade occasionally.
